If you have NOT received your digital item after 24 hours from the time of purchase, please check the Spam/Junk folder or check your provided email address during your purchase to ensure it is the correct one. However, you can always contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds. All sales are final, however, there are some exceptions. If your Digital Item arrived damaged or wrong item was sent, you will get replacement; however, this is rarely happened. If no replacement can be provided, you will get a full refund. If there is any problem in your order, please contact us. If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request. Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.
